What We Do
When individuals are released from incarceration, many face significant challenges when looking for housing, employment, positive connections and supportive services in the community. This leads to a population that is vulnerable to failure and return to incarceration.
We recognize that without support and relationship the path to transitioning from the prison back into the community can often seem insurmountable. At iTAV we hope to walk alongside our residents and offer relational support and care as they work towards their successful reintegration back into society. We believe that with commitment, a safe environment, and supportive services they will be successful in their efforts to rebuild their life.
At iTAV, residents will be celebrated, encouraged, loved, and empowered. We are enthusiastic about helping them discover their unique identity, passions, and skills. We do recognize the strength and courage they have already shown in progressing this far, however, it is our desire that through their time with us they continue to develop greater self-awareness, cultivate their character, grow in confidence, and regain control of their life. It is our greatest hope that they leave iTAV encouraged, changed, hopeful, and excited about their future.

Our Core Services
Housing- Focused Case Management
Housing- focused Case Management is one of the core services we provide at iTAV. This service is essential to helping our residents achieve and maintain stable and permanent housing.
Employment
Services
Employment Services are dedicated to improving employment opportunities with our residents at iTAV. Employment services provide residents with training on key elements of a job search such as: completing an employment application, creating resumes, finding job leads, networking and preparing for interviews. Additionally, residents will learn skills on how to promote personal growth and professional advancement.
Mental Health
Services
Here at iTAV we want to ensure mind, body and spirit are set up for success, therefore, Mental Health Services are mandatory for our residents. When mental health is at its strongest our residents can make better choices and help to ensure that past experiences do not dictate the future.
