Angelica Lucas
Angelica Lucas is the Founder/ Executive Director of iTAV It Takes a Village INC. During a career that spans over a decade, Angelica has gained hands on experience with working with the justice involved population. Angelica worked for Tennessee Department of Correction as a Probation/Parole Officer for 4 ½ years. Angelica transitioned to a different TN department, Labor and Workforce Development, where she is currently operating as a Reentry Advisor. Angelica graduated from University of Memphis in 2011 with a B.A in Criminal Justice and Master of Social Work in 2017. Angelica is a powerful force in the field of reentry, and she recognizes that without support and relationship the path to transitioning from the prison back into the community will often seem insurmountable. Angelica is inspired daily by her husband and their daughter.

Brad Lucas is the Assistant Director of iTAV It Takes a Village INC. Brad was brought up in a household where education was very important and taught to be powerful; after graduating from high school, he obtained his B.A in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from University of Memphis. Brad is an advocate for criminal justice reform and he is dedicated to helping individuals who have been impacted by the criminal justice system.
